When can I check in?
You can check in from 3 hours before until 1 hour after the Bedtime in your Sleep Schedule.
If Bedtime is 11 PM

Available for 1 hour from Bedtime.
Early-bird check-in
Available from 3 hours before Bedtime until Bedtime begins.
Early-bird check-in lets you choose a Destination and offers more Sleep Ticket options.
What happens if I miss check-in?
If you cannot book a Sleep Ticket and miss check-in, your Mates have to wait for morning while they are sleepy.
Turn on check-in notifications so your Mates do not get tired and you do not miss check-in!
How do I start sleeping after booking?
When the Sleep Ticket's Bedtime arrives, sleep starts automatically, and App lock starts at the same time.
Can I use another alarm?
An alarm sounds at Wake-up time. You can also turn off the Sanrio Characters Dream Travel alarm and use another alarm.
What happens during the sleep time on my booked Sleep Ticket? (App lock)
When sleep starts, your Mates fall asleep and apps that may disturb your sleep are locked automatically. 🔒
(Not every app is locked, and App lock is released automatically two hours before Wake-up time.)

If you want to use a locked app, you need to wake your Mates in Sanrio Characters Dream Travel.
After five minutes of check-in, new Bedtimes are created for the Sleep Tickets.
If five minutes pass while you are booking at check-in, the Bedtime on every Sleep Ticket changes. Items are not consumed; only the time changes.
What sleep rewards can I get?
Travel completion rewards
When you book a Sleep Ticket, you receive Mileage and Travel XP based on the Travel Satisfaction of the Mates who traveled with you that day. Higher Travel Satisfaction means greater rewards.
Sleep success rewards
If you succeed at sleep when you wake up in the morning, you receive Mileage and a Destination stamp. Higher-class Sleep Tickets and fewer unlocks grant more Mileage!
How do I succeed at sleep?
You receive success rewards if you unlock apps no more than three times during sleep.
3 or fewer: Success

More than 3: Failure
- Part of Sleep Ticket price refunded
- Cannot arrive at Destination
The rewards and refunded Mileage depend on the booked Sleep Ticket.
There is no Sleep Ticket for the Destination I want
Use compass items to change the Destination!
Change every Sleep Ticket's Destination to a Destination of your choice.
Change every Sleep Ticket's Destination to a random Destination from the entire World.
Replace them with Sleep Tickets that have new Bedtimes and Destinations.
I do not have enough Mileage (class and rewards)
Sleep Tickets for farther Destinations and higher classes cost more.
But when you succeed at sleep, a higher Sleep Ticket price can grant more rewards!
If you do not have enough Mileage to book a Sleep Ticket, sleep at a hotel and earn Mileage.
Hotel Sleep Ticket
You must stay at your current Destination, but it costs less than a flight Sleep Ticket. A Standard Room may even be booked for free.
How should I choose my Mates?
Each character likes different Destinations!
At a favorite Destination, a character's Travel Satisfaction decreases more slowly and they can receive bonus Travel XP.
Choose Mates that fit the Destination you are traveling to.
Try Auto Arrange!
If choosing each Mate is inconvenient, Auto Arrange selects the Mates who can earn the best XP for that Destination.
Can I cancel after booking a Sleep Ticket?
Yes.
However, if you cancel,
the Mileage and Diamonds used for the purchase are not refunded.
If check-in time has passed, you cannot book again.
Your Mate formation returns to the formation from before booking.
Can I give up during sleep?
Yes.
However, the Mileage and Diamonds used for the purchase are not refunded.
If you were in flight, you return to the departure Destination.
