Redeem a coupon code

Before you redeem

• A coupon can be redeemed once per account according to each campaign’s conditions.
• Rewards are sent to the account for the User ID you enter and cannot be moved to another account.
• If the User ID is not exact, you may not receive the reward. Paste the value copied from the app.
• If you are playing as a guest, we recommend linking your account before changing devices or deleting the app.
• After redemption, the reward is sent to your in-app mailbox right away and must be claimed manually.
• Mailbox rewards may expire if they are not claimed in time.
• Too many attempts in a short time may temporarily limit redemption for security.
